Frequently Asked Questions

How does the daily prompt work?

Every day, Sketchy gives you one new drawing prompt. You get a single canvas and a single attempt — once you publish your drawing, that's it until tomorrow's prompt. There's no editing or redoing a published drawing.

I missed a day — what happens to my streak?

Your streak counts consecutive days you've published a drawing. Missing a day resets it, so the daily reminder notification exists to help you keep it going.

The daily reminder notification isn't showing up

Go to Settings → Notifications → Sketchy on your iPhone and make sure notifications are allowed. The reminder only fires if you haven't drawn yet that day — it's cancelled automatically once you publish.

Can I delete a drawing I published?

No — published drawings are permanent by design ("no do-overs" is core to how Sketchy works). If a specific drawing needs to come down for another reason, email us and we'll look into it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, drawings, likes, and profile — it can't be undone.

I'm having trouble signing in with Apple or Google

Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you originally signed up with (Apple, Google, or email) — accounts aren't automatically merged across methods. If you're still stuck, email us with the address you signed up with.

Someone posted something inappropriate — what do I do?

Tap the menu on any drawing in Explore and choose Report, or Block the user to stop seeing their drawings. We review every report.

Does Sketchy work without an account?

No — an account is required so your streak, prompts, and gallery can sync and stay yours.
